Join SOCIETAS and help bring the voice, visual world, and community of a sports and culture studio to life. As Social & Community Lead, you will play a key role in running our channels, growing our audience, and building the community around SOCIETAS and the clubs we work with.
You come with ideas and briefings, which the design team then brings to life. You take ownership of the social and community strategy, plan and publish independently, and ideally handle simple graphic work yourself, so the design team can focus on the bigger pieces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social & Strategy
- Develop and own SOCIETAS' social media and community strategy with a clear focus on audience growth and engagement
- Define channel-specific growth goals, KPIs, and tactics across Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, and emerging platforms
- Identify and test new formats, trends, and platforms to expand reach and engagement
- Plan and execute the editorial calendar around drops, launches, and ongoing communication
- Independently manage SOCIETAS' social media output across platforms
Community
- Build and nurture the SOCIETAS community across platforms and around our club partnerships
- Develop community formats and rituals (digital and on-the-ground) that bring fans, collaborators, and the SOCIETAS world closer together
- Manage community, engagement, and DMs across all channels with care and personality
- Identify and engage with key voices, accounts, and sub-communities within football culture, sport, and design
- Connect online community with offline moments around drops, matches, and events
Content
- Bring forward content ideas and briefings for the design team to execute
- Handle simple graphic work independently to reduce dependency on the design team
- Adapt and edit existing assets for social formats: Stories, Reels, video cuts, photo edits
- Translate projects, collections, and partnerships into engaging social formats
- Brief and collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and external creators on larger productions
- Coordinate content production from concept to final publication
- Maintain a structured content archive and asset library
- Ensure consistency in tone, storytelling, and visual direction across all channels
Performance
- Analyse performance, identify growth levers, and translate findings into action
- Report regularly on key metrics, audience growth, community health, and learnings
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, community building, content creation, or brand storytelling
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and active communities
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and what drives organic reach
- Genuine instinct for community: how to start conversations, build belonging, and connect people around shared interests
- Ability to bring forward strong content ideas and clear briefings
- Confident working with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere or similar) to adapt video assets for social formats
- Confident working with Lightroom and Photoshop to prepare images and handle simple graphic work
- Strong visual eye and feel for brand storytelling
- Authentic affinity for football culture, sport, streetwear, or contemporary design
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- German is a plus
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines in parallel
- Independent, self-driven working style

Join Societas as part of our creative team and gain hands-on experience in shaping the visual identity of a fast-growing sports and culture brand. You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to develop visual concepts for collections, campaigns, and collaborations that merge sport, design, and storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating visual assets for campaigns, events, and product launches across digital and print channels
- Support the design of apparel graphics, packaging, and co-branding materials
- Develop layouts and visual content for social media, newsletters, and presentations
- Help maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and the wider creative team on shoots and art direction
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas to upcoming projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design-related program (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Figma is a plus
- Strong visual sense with attention to typography, layout, and detail
- Passionate about sports, design, and contemporary culture
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus

Join Societas as part of our production team and gain hands-on experience in bringing creative concepts to life for a fast-growing sports and culture brand. You’ll work closely with our design and operations teams to support the development and execution of collections, collaborations, and special projects that connect sport, design, and craftsmanship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the production process from sampling to final delivery across apparel, accessories, and merchandise
- Assist with material sourcing, supplier communication, and production tracking
- Help prepare technical sheets, size charts, and other production documentation
- Coordinate logistics and quality control in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Contribute to the organization of production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in fittings, product reviews, and post-production evaluations
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion, textile, or production-related program
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on mentality
- Basic understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with Adobe Illustrator; experience with PLM tools is a plus
- Passionate about sports, design, and contemporary culture
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus
